They and his restaurant were a hit, and they've been growing ever since. Baumhower's has a casual sports grill atmosphere, with burgers, chicken and seafood. Their menu heavily features Alabama foods and styles such as Alabama Wild-Caught Shrimp, Harvest Select catfish (Uniontown, AL), and sausage gumbo with Conecuh Sausage (Evergreen, AL). On the lighter side they have a number of wraps and salads, including "Redneck Caviar", a blend of beans, corn, pickled peppers and tomatoes with italian dressing. |
